Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (plus tronc and other benefits)

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in our Michelin starred restaurant: Outlaw’s at The Capital, masterminded by the famous fish chef – Nathan Outlaw.

Main duties & responsibilities of a Chef de Partie are:

  • Preparing food under the supervision of senior chefs
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • In Charge of one section of the kitchen during service
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
  • Meet food service deadlines
  • Assisting the Head Chef with any other reasonable duties

Working pattern for a Chef de Partie is usually the following:

  • 4 days ON and 3 days OFF per week
  • Start at 8am and Finish at approx 11.30pm with lunch and dinner breaks

Skills required for an ideal Chef de Partie are:

  • Willing to learn in a Michelin starred kitchen
  • Enthusiastic about food industry
  • Passionate about cooking
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work long hours; and
  • Ambitious about making a career in the industry
  • Previous experience in working in kitchen is essential.
